Item received in ok condition in a box, not rolled as you would probably imagine. Once out of the box the rug unfolds and you are left with quite a creased rug that it tells you will all drop out. I laid ours down and it really took about 24 hours for the rug to settle down and to remove the creases. The rug itself is ok and design is good but it really is very flat with not much depth/thickness to it. Ideal for a kitchen floor or hallway, that sort of thing but not for a comfy living room style rug. In terms of build quality the rug is nicely made and very well stitched and put together.

So first of all the rug came and I was impressed other how it looked and the prove. But I first struggled to get it to fit in my washing machine after a struggle to get it into the washing machine I noticed after first wash on 30 degrees the colour ran all over my kitchen floor on getting it out it took over a week to dry and now is really creased and looks a mess! The colour has also ran all over the rug and now looks like it is so dirty I will not be able to put this back down! Do not recommend avoid buying

Absolutely love this washable rug! It's been a game-changer in my home. Perfect for my busy hallway with a pram and lots of footfall. I was skeptical about the washable feature at first, but it holds up incredibly well after multiple washes. So reasurring that I can wash it as soon as it gets dirty. I was expecting the package to arrive as a roll but it was delivered in a box. My first thoughts were that I may have to do something for the creases. But to my surprise, the creases were barely visible, and they went away after a few hours ( apart from the edges. I left it downwards overnight and it worked ) The packaging was minimal too. The pattern is amazing, I would give it six stars for the pattern if I could. The Anti-slip underneath works well and the edges are stitched very well too. The only thing is that the edges seem to bend a lot, especially when it is on the carpeted floor. Overall, a great quality product that enhances the room it is in. Recommended!!
