My rug arrived today and I am extremely pleased with it I only wish I’d gone just a little bit bigger but nevertheless I’m happy with it and it looks really nice in my kitchen and what made this even better was that there was a little hand written note inside the rug saying it was a family run company to actually write a little note and take the time to do this adds that little bit extras special shopping experience I would definitely highly recommend. The rug is very good quality and it has the anti slip rubber underneath which is great as I don’t have to use any adhesive products and not have to worry that the rug is going to move around when you walk on it Very satisfied customer

After searching for a little while and reading so many reviews I finally purchased this rug in grey on Monday (10th). I was informed it would arrive between the 16th - 18th. It came yesterday ! (12th) fantastic service !!! I was a bit concerned with some of the other reviews that said rug arrived folded and very creased. There were however instructions saying it should be left flat for a couple of days to allow creases to come out. No need I found, as soon as we laid it out within half an hour it was perfectly flat. It looks great and at a fraction of the cost I nearly paid in a well known store ! The only thing I would say is that I ordered grey , if you want grey as in battleship grey then this isn’t the rug for you. I was aware from other reviews it is more dark brown with highlights of grey and beige . I’m very happy with the colour though as it goes so well with my wooden flooring. Would I order again ? Most definitely !
